Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Spectra Apartments (324 units) in Fort Myers, FL. • Prepare vacant apartment homes for occupancy by making necessary repairs
• Complete work orders in occupied homes, providing fast, friendly service
• Assist in assigning and organizing service work orders under the Maintenance Supervisor’s direction
• Follow preventive maintenance guidelines and perform regular inspections of grounds and buildings
• Maintain property grounds and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance and other service requests
• Collaborate with team to achieve property goals and follow safety procedures
• Assist in maintaining inventory, logs, and the safety of tools, equipment, supplies and maintenance shop
• Mentor and train other grounds and maintenance technicians under the Maintenance Supervisor’s direction

• Hard worker with a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with current insurance
• EPA certification preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Facilities maintenance experience is a plus
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be available after hours and weekends for on‑call responsibilities (rotated schedule)

• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms
• Position requires ability to climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk or hear
• Must be able to lift or move 100 lbs occasionally
