Fire Alarm Service Manager

We are recruiting a Fire Alarm Service Manager on behalf of a well established company for their branch location in the Fort Myers, FL area
. This branch is an Edwards distributor and provides integrated solutions for commercial fire alarm systems and low voltage systems in Central and South Florida.

• Support service team in the field during overflow emergency situations
• Collaborate with sales team on special projects
• Provide direct supervision for projects to ensure proper execution of services
• Coordinate equipment rental projects
• Ensure service team adheres to training standards to include safety policies and procedures
• Resolve personnel issues with the assistance of human resources
• Assist in the annual budget process by forecasting operating expenses and billing

• Previous management experience preferred
• Previous fire alarm technician experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Drivers license
• Previous experience working as a Fire Alarm technician performing system services, inspections, installations
• Read and understand technical manuals, as well as be able to troubleshoot and repair
