NOVOS FiBER is seeking an I&R Fiber Technician to install, test, and troubleshoot residential fiber optic networks. You will splice, terminate, and verify FTTH cabling, ONTs, and wireless devices, using OTDRs and light meters to ensure optimal performance.
Outdoor work in varying weather, ladder work up to 28 ft, and lifting up to 75 lbs are required. Occasional nights/weekends and on-call shifts apply, with strong emphasis on safety and customer service.
