Job Description:
Wiring up new construction homes per code
- Layout of electrical per plans and local codes
- Insure all electric is installed per plan and code
- Choose an array of tools and materials according to the repair work that needs to be done
- Read and interpret blueprints and cabinet details to insure correct location of electrical
- Follow architectural drawings to determine installation of wiring systems
- Install a variety of electrical system components such as lighting, switches, circuits, panels and outlets
- Identify hazards or defects in electrical systems by performing periodic inspections
- Plan layout of electrical wiring and equipment keeping in mind local building codes and project specifications
- Direct the work of apprentices to ensure that work orders are handled properly
- Overtime paid on piece rate
- Earning potential based on experience, ability, and accuracy

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- 2+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills with a "whatever it takes" mentality
- Valid driver's license required with clean driving history
- Must be willing to undergo pre-employment screenings, including criminal background check, driving record, and drug screen
