Fire Installer III

• Maintain, repair, install, and program conventional and addressable fire alarm, security, nurse call, intercom, and CCTV systems.
• Utilize test equipment such as oscilloscope, multimeters, digital analyzers, battery analyzers, frequency meters, decibel meters, and communication devices.
• Perform physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Work in challenging positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, inside ducts, crawl spaces, and above ceilings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software, and operation manuals.
• Conduct inspections and installation activities for electronic fire systems.
• Remain available for overtime or overnight stays during busy project schedules.

• Required:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in Fire Alarm or Integrated Security Systems maintenance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Electrical installation experience.
• Excellent customer interaction skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starter capable of working with minimum supervision.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair unaided by management.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting company requirements.
• Capacity to obtain and retain required National, State, and Local licenses.
• Preferred:
• Four (4) years of experience in Fire Alarm or Integrated Security Systems maintenance.

Hourly rate: $21–$30, determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and market data. Competitive benefits package.
