The Superintendent serves as the on-site leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial interior installation projects. This role ensures timely, high-quality execution of installations while maintaining strong communication with Core/Moss teams, managing punch lists and deficiencies, and driving customer satisfaction. The Superintendent is accountable for project ownership, labor and material tracking, and safety compliance.
Essential functions of the position:Lead and supervise installation crews across flooring, modular walls, acoustic ceilings, and furniture.
Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Provide hands-on support and guidance to field teams to maintain productivity and quality.
Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and Core/Moss teams.
Communicate project updates, challenges, and milestones clearly and consistently.
Collaborate to resolve issues and ensure alignment across departments.
Conduct thorough walkthroughs to identify punch list items and deficiencies.
Coordinate timely resolution and ensure final delivery meets client expectations.
Document and track all corrective actions.
Take full responsibility for the success of assigned projects from start to finish.
Maintain accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor and record daily labor hours and material usage.
Ensure accurate reporting for billing and project analysis.
Optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure a professional and courteous presence on job sites.
Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
Enforce OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections.
Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Attend trainings to continuously improve product knowledge.
Attend Weekly Vertical L10 meetings.

Travel Responsibilities:
- This position requires regular local travel to job locations.
Education and Experience:
Experience in a network support
High School Diploma
** required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial installation or construction supervision.
Proven leadership in managing field teams and complex projects.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
OSHA 30 Certification required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Familiarity with Core/Moss systems or similar project management platforms.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on satisfaction and service.
Proficiency in project tracking tools and reporting systems.
