CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:As our Lead Electrician - Electrical Technician, you'll act as a go-to expert, handling advanced troubleshooting and ensuring flawless electrical operation across HVAC systems. Your day will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing residential low- and high-voltage systems
- Supporting complex electrical challenges with confidence and accuracy
- Working on both new construction and renovations
- Serving residential and commercial job sites
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of electrical trade experience
- Experience leading complex custom new construction homes and renovations
- Experience working on commercial jobs
- A clean driving record; aggressive drivers, please do not apply
- A valid Master Electrician License or Journeyman License
- Experience with panelized lighting controls
- A strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Southwest Florida codes
