Install Project Manager

• Effectively manage window and door replacement projects from technical measures and job specifications through the installation process.
• Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors.
• Provide installation solutions matching customer expectations and adapt production specifications to installation requirements.
• Confirm sales contract details, product features, options, and installation processes align with customer expectations.
• Provide feedback to sales representatives when jobs go on hold and help resolve questions.
• Determine installation labor duration and materials needed.
• Complete and submit accurate, timely job files for internal customers.
• Communicate job specifics and unique factors to installation crews.
• Approve additional installation labor required to complete jobs.
• Troubleshoot installation issues, including providing onsite support when needed.
• Work directly with homeowners to resolve installation process issues.
• Support sales representatives with pre-sale site visits to define project scope and ensure accurate pricing and contract documents.
• Support installation leadership with recruitment of installation subcontractors.

• High school diploma
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the home improvement or other closely related field.
• Previous customer service experience, especially win/win problem solving and conflict resolution skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.
• Previous work experience recruiting independent contractors.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• This position requires a Tuesday through Saturday work schedule.
