We are urgently hiring experienced Texcote Installers in Ft Myers, FL areas to join our professional contractor network. This is a high-paying 1099 position with consistent work for qualified, reliable professionals throughout the Sarasota, FL and Ft Myers, FL territory.

• Earning potential of $200,000 – $300,000+ annually for top-performing crews
• 1099 Position

• Prepare exterior surfaces through pressure washing, patching, sanding, masking, and priming
• Apply Texcote® Coolwall® coatings using approved methods (spray, roll, brush) with precision and care
• Ensure proper texture, color consistency, and adherence to application standards
• Maintain clean and safe job sites throughout the project
• Perform quality control checks and final walkthroughs
• Work closely with project managers to meet timelines and expectations

• Must complete the official Texcote® application training class before beginning work (Sunbelt Sponsored).
• Must operate under your own LLC or registered business entity
• Must have active general liability insurance, full workers’ compensation coverage, and valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and in outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
• Lead certification preferred (especially for homes built before 1978)
