Full-time | On-site | $17–$25 per hour

Completely Connected is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Office Assistant to join our growing, family-owned home technology and electrical company.

We design, install, and service smart home systems, audio/video equipment, Wi‑Fi networks, lighting controls, motorized shades, security cameras, and electrical systems. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, understands technology beyond basic computer use, and works well with a team.

• Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule installations and service appointments and coordinate with customers and technicians.
• Maintain accurate customer records, job details, and office files.
• Assist with preparing proposals, invoices, and other documents.
• Order equipment, track deliveries, and help organize incoming materials.
• Follow up with customers, vendors, and team members to keep projects moving.
• Support daily office operations and take initiative when something needs attention.

• Friendly, upbeat attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to following through.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable working independently and contributing to a team.
• An understanding of technology beyond the basics, including familiarity with Wi‑Fi, smart devices, audio/video equipment, and common troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and office software, and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong English communication skills.
  Spanish proficiency is a plus, but is not required.

• $17–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
