Job Title: Building & Machine Maintenance Technician

Pay: $26.00- $27.00

Location: Ft Myers, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time with some overtime 5am/7am to 3pm/5pm

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in both building and machine maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facility systems and production equipment through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and prompt repairs.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues.
• Repair and maintain production machinery to ensure minimal downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and safety standards.
• Document all maintenance work performed and keep accurate records.
• Collaborate with other team members to support operational needs.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building and machine maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility repair practices.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
