Our New Patient Experience Team is hiring New Patient Liaisons to help us make a great first impression and support our communities in Southwest Florida. This role will schedule new patients and perform other customer‑service functions, including moving patients off waitlists and communicating with internal teams. This role has the ability to work remotely.
Responsibilities- Managing scheduling new patients; inbound and outbound calls by region.
- Create patient accounts.
- File and process referrals.
- Assist with booking intake and medical providers by region.
- Create and maintain positive partnerships with other departments in the Agency.
- Bilingual preferred – must speak fluent Spanish.
- Must have call‑center experience.
- Communication skills: apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving, and customer service.
- Must demonstrate positive interpersonal relationship skills with individuals and groups in a wide variety of settings.
- Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small‑group situations to patients, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Technology skills: effectively uses Electronic Health Records.
- Typing skills: 45 WPM.
- Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Word.
Pay: $19 per hour. The position offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and an additional paid day for your birthday.
