Rite of Passage is hiring a Youth Care Worker - Days for the Fort Myers Academy in Fort Myers, Florida. The role includes 12-hour shifts with a 4/3 schedule (Sun-Wed, Wed-Sat) and provides focused supervision for youth in a residential setting.
Starting pay is $19 per hour, with guaranteed overtime and a $1,000 bonus after completing essential skills training within 90 days. Benefits include health coverage and 401k after one year.
