Child Welfare Liaison

Lutheran Services Florida seeks a Child Welfare Liaison to strengthen coordination among child welfare agencies, families, and community partners. In this community-facing role, you will support at-risk children and families by facilitating case communication, organizing family and stakeholder meetings, and monitoring service delivery for quality and compliance. You will collect and report program data, support continuous improvement, and promote family engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between child welfare agencies, community partners, and families to coordinate services
• Monitor case progress and ensure adherence to child welfare regulations and best practices
• Facilitate case staffings, family meetings, and inter-agency communication to support permanency goals
• Collect, analyze, and report program data to support quality improvement and outcomes tracking
• Provide outreach, education, and advocacy to strengthen family engagement and community resources
• Maintain accurate documentation in case management and data systems in a timely manner
