Lee County Department of Human & Veterans Services is seeking a Homeless Outreach Coordinator for a grant-funded role. You will conduct street outreach, engage unsheltered individuals and families, assess needs, and connect clients to emergency shelter, housing programs, and essential services.
This position supports the Coordinated Entry system, HMIS data entry, housing plans, and collaboration with shelters, law enforcement, schools, and community groups.
