Base Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Location:

9359 Laredo Ave. Suite 130, Fort Myers, FL 33905

Schedule:

1st shift, 40 hours per week, working within the business hours of 6am-6pm

About the Role:

Are you someone who enjoys staying active and working in a hands‑on environment? Join our team as a Material Handler/Delivery Driver and turn movement into momentum! This role combines physical activity with purpose—helping us deliver essential products to our customers.

• Must be 21 or older
• Hold a valid driver’s license; at least one year of U.S.–based driving experience
• Motor vehicle permits:
  Michigan – Chauffeur’s license;
  Missouri – Class E license
• Must complete a criminal background check, DOT physical, and 3‑year motor vehicle report
• Ability to handle physical tasks daily: lift 70 lbs frequently and up to 90 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working at heights up to 25 ft
• Good communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
• Team player with strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus

• Load and unload trucks, pick orders, organize inventory, and ensure timely deliveries
• Safely operate non‑CDL 16‑ft boxed trucks & sprinter vans to transport goods to local destinations
• Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods in a fast‑paced setting
• Operate material‑handling equipment: cherry picker, forklift, and walkie‑rider (training provided)

The total compensation package may include commission, bonus or profit sharing. We offer a comprehensive benefit package, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
