Job Description:

We are seeking skilled CDL Drivers with experience in operating dump trucks and roll‑off trucks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites, ensuring safe and timely deliveries, and maintaining their vehicles in top condition. This role is crucial to our operations and requires a high level of responsibility and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• The driver will be responsible for loading and unloading materials and equipment atvarious job sites.
• Operate dump trucks androll‑off trucks to transport materials such as dirt, debris, and construction waste.
• Perform pre-trip andpost‑trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in safe operating condition.
• Secure loads to prevent shifting or spillage during transport.
• Communicate effectively with the field supervisor and other team members to coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of materials transported, delivery times, and mileage.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including DOT requirements.
• Always maintain proper attire, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), safety vests and glasses when appropriate, longpants, hard sole/close-toed work boots, and presenting a cleanand professional appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients and site personnel.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues to the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications:

• ValidCDL (Class A or
  
  B) with a clean driving record.
• ValidDOT Medical card
• Minimumof 3 years of experience operating dump trucks and roll‑offtrucks preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and local transportation laws.
• Abilityto work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a strong commitment to safety.

• Abilityto lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Mustbe able to climb in and out of trucks multiple times per day.
• Abilityto sit for extended periods while driving.
• Mustbe able to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Goodhand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
