What You’ll Do Transportation & Delivery Operations- Safely operate a company-owned Class A vehicle to transport products between Lee Sar locations, hospitals, medical offices, and other assigned destinations
- Complete scheduled and emergency deliveries following established routes or updated instructions
- Load, secure, and transport materials to prevent damage or loss
- Maintain accurate delivery, pickup, and route documentation
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections using the Samsara system
- Report mechanical or safety concerns promptly to Fleet Operations leadership
- Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and operational procedures
- Maintain required certifications for material handling and equipment operation
- Represent Lee Sar in a professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner at all delivery locations
- Maintain appropriate appearance, including company-issued uniforms
- Protect confidentiality of transported materials, records, and information
- Communicate route issues, delivery challenges, or safety concerns with supervisors
- Assist other drivers or couriers as requested
- Participate in required meetings and training programs
- Identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency, fuel usage, and service quality

Hours:
4:00PM to 12:00AM or until all deliveries are completed. Monday
-Thursday 6:00PM to 2:00AM until all deliveries are completed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Florida Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable driving experience
- Clean driving record and ability to be insured as a company driver
- Ability to pass and maintain DOT medical certification
- Ability to read, write, and speak English for work-related communication
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience operating in healthcare, logistics, or regulated delivery environments
- Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- Dependable, reliable, and accountable work ethic
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver materials up to 100+ lbs using assisting devices
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules as needed
- Play a vital role in delivering critical healthcare supplies
- Drive well-maintained company vehicles with modern safety technology
