Service Valet

As a Service Valet, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for greeting our customers when coming in for service, shuttling customers, and driving customer's vehicles into the shop.

Pay: $15 per hour

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, collect necessary information, and retrieve their vehicles from designated parking areas or garages in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering their inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering guidance on dealership services.
• Safely park and organize vehicles in designated areas, ensuring proper alignment and space optimization.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles retrieved and parked, including details such as license plate numbers, mileage, and fuel levels.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth vehicle handovers, communicate customer requests, and facilitate efficient workflow.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including traffic rules, parking regulations, and dealership policies, to minimize accidents and maintain a secure environment.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as fueling, washing, and vacuuming vehicles as required to uphold cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• Valid's driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify vehicle damages.
• Basic knowledge of automotive operations and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as car tires.
