Dump Truck Driver; Endump​/Dump Trailer

About the Role:

NJE Concrete Pumping LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Dump Truck Driver to join our growing team in Cape Coral, FL! This is a great opportunity to get behind the wheel of end dump and dump trailer equipment while playing a key role in keeping our construction operations running smoothly and on schedule.

• Operate end dump and dump trailer trucks to transport materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition
• Load and unload materials in compliance with weight limits and safety regulations
• Coordinate with site supervisors and dispatch to meet delivery schedules and project timelines
• Maintain accurate driver logs, trip reports, and documentation in accordance with DOT regulations
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and on-site safety protocols
• Communicate any vehicle maintenance needs or mechanical issues promptly

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required
• Proven experience operating end dump trucks and/or dump trailers
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations and hours of service requirements
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions in Southwest Florida
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight project deadlines
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player with a safety-first mindset
