Base pay rate starts at $26.00 per hour. Shift: Day Shift. Duties and responsibilities include transporting and delivering building materials to retail stores and construction job sites using a tractor-trailer. This position requires a wide range of skills, from practicing safe driving and delivery to top-notch customer service.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections thoroughly
• Maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment
• Immediately report any necessary repairs and/or maintenance needed
• Actively ensure compliance with DOT guidelines
• Verify entire content loads prior to leaving manufacturing facility or job site
• Follow all safety procedures for transporting goods
• Occasional Weekend work
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications include a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, 2 years commercial truck driving experience (equivalent Military DD214 experience is acceptable), clean driving record, hands on delivery experience, multi-drop delivery experience a plus, ability to work independently or with a team, ability to plan and manage time efficiently, ability to work safely throughout the day and prevent unsafe conditions.
