Work Shift and

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with opportunity for overtime.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour; pay commensurate with experience and skills.

On the first of the month after 60 days:

  • 80 hours (prorated for first year) paid time off (PTO), 120 hours the next year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Processing Orders
  • Use software system/pick ticket to pull items to fulfill customer’s order.
  • Properly pack items for shipment or stage for Production assembly.
  • Ensure order accuracy with thorough paperwork and product review prior to each order shipment.
Logistics and Inventory Management
  • Identify shipping method and follow required procedures to ensure product is quality checked, packed and labeled appropriately.
  • Receive incoming products/off‑load truck deliveries.
  • Notify management to resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged products.
  • Transport materials throughout the warehouse using hand truck, forklift, or other equipment.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts.
Additional Duties
  • Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance duties.
  • Restock and rotate product.
  • Adhere to safety standards, immediately correcting or reporting unsafe conditions.
  • Other duties as needed.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the team.
  • Ability to lift, lower and slide 50-70 pounds.
  • Ability to use small hand tools.
  • High‑reach forklift experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer literacy with keyboard skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of Warehouse, Shipping and Safety experience required.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems, including use of scanners, required.
