Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fort Myers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory, as well as preparing orders for shipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
• Organize inventory in the warehouse and ensure it is stored properly
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with inventory management and stock counts as needed
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable using basic warehouse tools and equipment
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
