Warehouse Associate/Admin Clerk (Wed-Sun Shift)

Location: Ft Myers, FL 33916
Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Admin Clerk to join our team. This role combines operational warehouse duties with administrative support, ensuring efficient warehouse operations while maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will work the Wednesday to Sunday shift, contributing to our commitment to excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming merchandise and materials.
- Prepare and pick orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse environment.
- Assist in inventory control, tracking stock levels, and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and improve warehouse operations.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including shipments, receipts, and inventory levels.
- Process shipping and receiving documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management and order processing.
- Assist in creating reports and summaries for management review.
- Answer inquiries from internal teams and external vendors regarding inventory and shipping queries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in supply chain management or business administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and warehouse management software.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and a valid forklift certification is preferred (training may be provided).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work independently and seek help or assistance as needed.
- Self‑motivated and highly organized and able to follow specific and dynamic directions.
- Distinctly dependable and trustworthy, with a strong and proven work ethic.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- The ability to pass a criminal background check.
- The ability to read and decipher labels and numbers.
- Must be friendly and courteous with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- The ability to multi‑task, work in a fast‑paced, business environment.
- Must dress and act professionally.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 70 lbs) regularly.
- Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Schedule:
- Wednesday – Sunday 10:30am-4:30pm
