We’re expanding because demand for our top-notch products and services keeps growing. We need a Warehouse Coordinator to keep operations running smoothly, someone who is dedicated to customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
The Big TaskYou will be working directly with the HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing Department Managers on a daily basis to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation. You will be contributing to the company s plan by always looking for ways to improve technician efficiency by having the proper truck stock, accurate inventory counts, and running parts to job sites as needed.
You will ensure that we are able to accomplish our growth plans by having our vehicles ready for new staff as they come aboard. You will ensure that our vendor relationships are strong and a win for both parties.
- Manage truck replenishment process, material return process, and purchase order process.
- Manage next day installs with regards to material and equipment staging and materials fulfillment for the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Deparments.
- Manage full counts and cycle counts of both warehouse and vehicles
- Manage warranty returns process and manager material receiving process
- Vehicle maintenance- tracking, scheduling, maintenance, repairs, and weekly inspections.
- Manage tool maintenance
- Load and unload parts and equipment
- Ability to drive a 16 box truck and operate a lift gate and forklift
- Organize parts and equipment and securely tie-down for safe transportation
- Check and verify orders to confirm items, quantity, and condition
- Organizing and and cleaning warehouse and trucks
- Prior warehouse/inventory experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Excel, Word
- Self-starter/resourceful - able to independently work, learn and plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with different company departments
- Ability to understand and drive key performance indicators
- Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data
