Arthrex Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations for our Fort Myers Logistics Center. Lead daily warehouse activities including inventory control, finished goods distribution, and staff supervision on the 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:00pm EST).
You will coach and develop personnel, manage staffing, coordinate workload, ensure timekeeping accuracy, and drive continuous improvement through updated work instructions and system data in SAP and PowerBI dashboards.
