Assist with food preparation according to established guidelines and directives from the Dietary Manager or supervisor;
Deliver trays to patients/residents on halls;
Deliver and serve meals to patients/residents in dining area; prepare between-meal nourishments and record substitutions;
Follow diet orders and infection control procedures; maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas;
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and maintaining stock and temperatures as required
