Founding Branch Manager
, you'll build and lead the team, establish community relationships, drive growth, and help shape Y-12 Credit Union's reputation in a brand-new market.

What You'll Be Building
This role includes all the leadership and operational responsibilities you would expect of a Branch Manager, but its impact goes well beyond the walls of the branch. You'll: Build and lead the team that introduces Y-12 Credit Union to the Ft. Oglethorpe community. Establish strong relationships with members, businesses, community organizations, and local leaders. Create a branch culture that reflects who we are and how we serve.
Drive membership and business growth in a new market. Build awareness, trust, and a strong reputation for Y-12 Credit Union. Help create the foundation for our long-term presence in the area.
