Interim ED Nurse Manager

Job Description & Requirements

Interim ED Nurse Manager – Georgia hospital, start ASAP. Pay Range: $160,000–$165,000 annually.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across the 24‑bed department.
• Lead initiatives focused on throughput, timekeeping, team huddles, floating hours, and staffing retention.
• Support staff mentorship, reduce fall risk, readmission rates, and promote education and accountability standards, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Provide visible, compassionate leadership with strong emergency department experience.
• Maintain excellent communication and adaptability to changing needs.
• Be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active RN license.

• $160,000 to $165,000 annually, based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations.
• Potential eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits depending on the role.
• Base compensation range is a good‑faith estimate and may be adjusted later.
