To qualify, you must have an active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license and at least one year of recent ER experience.

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are recommended. Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and multitasking skills are valuable in this role.
