Restorative Nurse Aide – NHC Fort Oglethorpe

NHC Fort Oglethorpe is looking for a Restorative Nurse Aide to provide restorative programs to our patients. Duties include assisting patients with range of motion, ambulation, walk‑to‑dine program, toileting program, transfers, bed mobility and generally serving as a facilitator to transition the patient between therapy and nursing. The qualified candidate must be able to follow oral and written instructions, chart accurately in the Patient Care Record and possess a pleasant and cheerful personality.
