Hearth Hospice is seeking a Full Time Compassionate Resource Nurse (RN) to support patient care in the Fort Oglethorpe area, working with intake and referring physicians to promote the hospice philosophy. This role requires pre-assessments, admissions, and in-home or facility visits.
You will collaborate with clinical leadership, participate in on-call duties, and deliver emotional support and education to patients and families; an RN license and hospice/home health experience are preferred.
