Customer Service Clerk - Part Time

• Experience with office equipment, personal computer, copier, fax, scanner, calculator
• High School education or equivalent
• Good, tactful communication skills – verbal and written
• Self‑motivated and positive attitude
• Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

• Answer phone calls, faxes and emails pertaining to customer questions
• Take pickup requests
• Enter rate requests on behalf of customers
• Investigate all overages, shortages and damages to determine the cause and responsibility so that future occurrences may be prevented
• Reimburse customers for damage to or loss of freight through claim process
• Perform other work related duties as requested
