Play Core is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the customer support group for all brands. This role supports and backs up the customer service team and serves as a liaison to manufacturing, production, and transportation teams.
You will respond to daily requests, process warranty and damage claims, manage packing slips, and handle RGAs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Outlook and Office apps, are essential.
