We are hiring a skilled general dentist who wants to practice advanced, comprehensive dentistry - not a limited-scope associate seat, and not a startup book.

You step into a full schedule in a high-capacity rural office that already has the hygiene engine, the rooms, and the patient flow.

Five hygienists in a 15-chair office is the point: restorative demand is already in the building. The hire is here to treat it.

Full-time general dentist. You are expected to work at a high clinical level: complex restorative, surgery, endo, implants / implant restorations as your training allows, removable, and the comprehensive treatment plans a rural family practice actually needs. Mentorship and case-sharing with three doctors already in the office.

This is for a dentist who is already comfortable being busy - or a strong, skilled doctor who wants volume and breadth instead of a slow suburban ramp.

Fort Payne is the county seat of DeKalb County and the gateway to Lookout Mountain - Little River Canyon, DeSoto State Park, and a cost of living well below Birmingham, Huntsville, or Atlanta. Chattanooga is about an hour. Huntsville is roughly 90 minutes. You can own a home, raise a family, and still reach a real airport and a real city.
