Job Description - Principal serves as the instructional and operational leader of the school, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth. This role involves working closely with faculty, staff, students, and the community to implement and uphold a dynamic educational vision aligned with the school's mission. The principal is expected to set and maintain high expectations for both staff and students, ensuring a culture 0f continuous improvement and achievement.

Qualifications - Master's degree in Educational Administration from an accredited institution (Specialist Degree preferred) Valid Alabama Certification for School Principal;
Minimum of three years of successful Administrative experience.

Salary - Contractual;
Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
