The role involves creating a safe, nurturing classroom for infants and toddlers, with developmentally appropriate activities that foster cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language growth. The position requires a CDA or equivalent credential, coursework in infant/toddler development, and the ability to meet background checks and CPR/First Aid certification.
