As a Supplier Quality Engineer
, you’ll play a key role in qualifying, developing, and improving a global supplier base supporting highly technical power generation components. You’ll collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and quality teams in a fast-paced, international environment, using digital tools to drive continuous improvement and supplier performance.

• Qualify and assess suppliers through audits, capability reviews, and risk evaluations
• Lead Product & Process Qualification (PPQ) with cross-functional teams
• Drive supplier quality management processes and ensure compliance with standards
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and supplier improvement initiatives
• Partner with engineering on design reviews and early supplier involvement
• Support design-to-cost and localization initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar);
  Master’s preferred
• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or supply chain
• Strong background in welding and coatings is huge plus (CWI, NACE/AMPP/FROSIO preferred)
• Knowledge of ISO & ASME standards
• Experience leading cross-functional or global teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic & international)
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
