We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in the turbine generator component factory.
This position is 2 nd shift, Monday
-Thursday 3:30PM-2:00AM. Our factory in Fort Payne, Alabama has been producing high-quality electrical components for the world for the past 37 years. You can expect to work with teammates in a safe, comfortable, climate-controlled environment to manufacture parts for large generators. This role is perfect for individuals with strong hands‑on skills who take pride in their craftsmanship and are committed to producing top‑quality products!
You Make An Impact
- Perform hands‑on assembly, fabrication, and assembly of turbine generator components.
- Utilize various hand tools and machinery to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure precision in manufacturing.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to meet specifications and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- High school diploma/GED that can be verified; technical training or certification in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- A strong safety and quality mindset is a must.
- Any hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably in the energy sector, is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
