Job Summary
The Fabricating job family ensures an environment of continuous improvement exists in the organizations production processes, operating procedures and workflows in order to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction. General areas of responsibility include producing products for OEM partners; developing quality objectives; documenting procedures; implementing and measuring quality measurements; delivering training; and leading the organization through industry quality certification processes. Positions in fabrication as a Paint Line Operator can include job titles such as Burner, Floater, Loader/Unloader, Paint Prep, and Packout.

Function in the JobMedium/Heavy work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Job Function- Previous experience in a powder coating environment a plus.
- Ability to multi-task & handle task with competing priorities; ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
- Solid verbal communication skills
- Understanding of blueprints and work orders.
