Job Summary
Position
Purpose:
Executes MIG welding processes to assemble metal parts and components with precision, contributing to efficient production and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Stand or Sit(Stationary position), Walk(Move, Traverse), Use hand/fingers to handle or feel (Operate, Activate, Use, Prepare, Inspect, Place, Detect, Position), Climb (stairs/ladders) or balance (Ascend/Descend, Work atop, Traverse), Stoop, kneel, crouch, or Crawl(Position self(to), Move), Talk/hear(Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information), See (Detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, Assess), Pushing or Pulling, Reaching, Repetitive Motion
Function in the JobMedium/Heavy work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Job Function- 1 year of experience as a welder is preferred.
- Must have general knowledge of weld fixtures and how they operate.
- Able to use both metric and standard systems.
- Must be team oriented.
- Must be able to read prints (CAD a plus).
- Able to use all related hardware and software.
- Must be able to work from written or verbal instructions.
