Paint Line Operator, 1st Shift

Reliance Inc -  - Responsibilities:
Read, understand, and follow the steps outlined in SOPs for each task being performed.;
Complete required production documentation including production records, quality checks, labels, etc.;
Perform established quality checks on material at required intervals to ensure product specifications are met.;
Monitor loading and unloading of parts to ensure correct hanging methods, line density calculations, and unloading/stacking procedures.;
Help train others for production responsibilities by demonstrating procedures and packing to customer specifications.;
Collaborate with quality staff to ensure product meets company and customer specifications and adjust as needed to maintain line continuity.;
Operate forklifts and burn off painted racks/hardware, reworked parts, and sandblast after burn off as authorized.;
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
