Snapshot of Your Day

As a Rotor Coil Manufacturing Specialist working the Weekday 1st shift (5:00am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday), you'll work in a safe, climate-controlled manufacturing environment alongside teammates who collaborate to produce precision parts for large generators. Your day involves reading blueprints, preparing materials, operating machinery, and performing hands-on assembly work that directly supports production quality and reliability.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and engineering standards.
• Operate machinery—including setup and adjustments—to support production workflows.
• Use hand tools to build, form, bend, punch, grind, cut, braze, buff, and weld components.
• Work with testing, electrical, and measurement equipment to verify part accuracy.
• Apply materials, solutions, and curing processes (including oven use) according to instructions.
• Assemble and install parts by interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work package specifications.

What You Bring

• High school diploma/GED is required; technical training or certification in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to follow instructions, safety signage, and documentation.
• Moderate computer skills and comfort using digital tools.
• Strong manual dexterity and coordination for handling and assembling parts.
• Close attention to detail to prevent assembly and quality errors.
• Solid judgment and comprehension to follow written and verbal instructions and make decisions within established methods and procedures.
