Siemens Energy Fort Payne, AL is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 3:30pm–2:00am) to lead a team of hourly workers in a climate-controlled facility producing generator components.
You will direct shift operations, ensure safety and quality standards, monitor production performance, and drive continuous improvement with Lean tools while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Materials and Supply Chain.
