Med Cart Nurse Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

2nd shift opening & 3rd Shift Mon-Fri openings.

10,000 sign on bonus for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

We are currently accepting applications for a Med Nurse within our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. • Responsibilities of this position include medication administration, computer documentation including assessment of resident's current status, observation and reporting of any change in resident's status to MD/sponsors as necessary, ordering medications from pharmacy, supervision of CNA staff, wound care, collecting and processing lab samples.
