Shift: 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Fri to Sun, 3DX12H = 36H/Week
Seeking a detail-oriented NDE Inspector to perform in-process and final inspections using advanced nondestructive examination methods. The role ensures product quality and compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures while maintaining accurate documentation in electronic systems.
Responsibilities- Perform inspections using Penetrant Testing (PT), Visual Testing (VT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
- Conduct in-process and final inspections per engineering drawings, specifications, and SOPs
- Document inspection results and findings using electronic systems and reporting tools
- Utilize gauging tools and measurement systems, including metric standards
- Support certification requirements and maintain Level II certification compliance
- Perform boroscoping inspections where applicable
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure compliance
- Travel occasionally as required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Nondestructive Examination (NDE)
- Level II certification in PT or VT (UT and PAUT preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, drawings, and specifications
- Experience with boroscoping is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
; SAP knowledge preferred - Ability to pass general, specific, and practical exams for certification
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
