• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and performance
• Assume full store responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence
• Execute action plans for selling, merchandising, scheduling, restocking, and inventory
• Assist with recruiting, training, coaching, and performance feedback for store associates
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support multiple customers during peak periods
• Monitor inventory movement, sales trends, and expenses to support profitability
• Ensure all visual, operational, and customer service standards are consistently upheld

• Supervise and guide associates when acting as Manager on Duty
• Support interviewing, onboarding, training, and daily task delegation
• Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on results and service

• Retail experience preferred (footwear and athletic apparel a plus)
• 1–3 years of customer service or retail leadership experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented leader who is passionate about selling and service
