Job Summary
General Merchandise Associate at Walmart.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
- Recommend merchandise based on customer needs.
- Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order.
- Mix paint and cut fabric when required.
- Stock shelves and keep aisles neat and clean.
- Answer customer questions and may help with checkout.
- Ensure all orders are filled accurately.
- Ability to stand and walk up to 5 miles per shift.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
