Role Overview: Responsible for managing store employees and operations to ensure efficient processes including staffing, inventory management, merchandising, customer service, and safety compliance.

• Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain qualified staff in accordance with laws and policies.
• Oversee store opening and closing, ensuring proper staffing and adherence to safety standards.
• Analyze financial statements to identify trends, control expenses, and optimize profitability.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and merchandising presentation to meet sales targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and a secure environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs effectively.
• Complete documentation and support staff development initiatives.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and operate cash registers.
• Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Some locations may prefer bilingual skills.
