Overview

Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate – Immediate hire with paid training.

Location:

Walmart 691, Fort Payne, AL 35968.

• Work in the wireless services section within your local Walmart.
• Engage consumers in discussions about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Identify consumer desires, overcome objections, and foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate successes.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environment.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Assist customers by escorting them to displays, assessing needs, and suggesting suitable products.
• Build customer confidence and provide product and service information.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Keep the workstation/kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
